COFFEE PHILOSOPHY
Coffee Roasting is a complex balance between the type of coffee used, roasting time and heat. Spirit Bear uses time honoured techniques and equipment to bring out the perfect roast every time.
Each roast is closely monitored by their Roast Master to ensure consistency and quality is maintained on each batch produced.
Spirit Bear’s mission is to bring the finest coffees in the world into our roaster and deliver them to our customers as freshly roasted as is possible. At the Brimm, we believe in offering top quality ethical, environmentally friendly and economically sustainable products.
